Agreed. The special care is to make sure that PostgreSQL is installed first, and
then to make sure you know where to find its libraries. Then you have to set the
proper environment variables so that DBD::Pg's Makefile.PL knows where to find them.

Bundle::Bricolage lists DBD::Pg as a module, but you should probably do what you
can to install this puppy separately.

I think it would be enough to export POSTGRES_INCLUDE and POSTGRES_LIB before
starting up CPAN::install('Bundle::Bricolage').

Yes, that's exactly right. You might even be able to get that information from
PostgreSQL, eh? Would you mind also getting this done for tomorrow's release?
