I should probably check this out, first. Guess I'll have to upgrade PostgreSQL!

To add more detail - I reran the import after dropping the database. This time
I hit "g" - go noninteractive - when I got the first error. After that it
looked to me like it ran the every CREATE TABLE again. To me this sounds more
like a bug in bric_pgimport than Postgres... Maybe having to do with using the
-w option? I had to do that since "make install" doesn't install a lib/ directory.

I could only replicate this (in a sense -- that is, getting errors from
bric_pgimport) by specifying the wrong directory for -w. If I specified
~david/bricolage, it tried to load from the *.sql files in inst, and this is
bad. If I did ~david/bricolage/lib, then there was no problem.

Reopen if you see this happening again.
