[Bricolage-Announce] Bugzilla Upgrade

Hi All,
Thanks to Marshall Roch, we now have a new Bugzilla server. Primedia
kindly supplied us with a dump of the existing database, and Marshall
installed it on his new server and upgraded it to the latest, greatest
version. It has a new URL, too:
http://bugs.bricolage.cc/
The old URL will likely work for a while, too, but may take longer to
be updated in DSN.
