Compile Backhand Version 1.2.2 on Solaris 8

Hi,
I tried to compile the Backhand Version 1.2.2 with Apache 1.3.29 on my
Solaris 8 machine.
The following error appears:

$ ./configure --prefix=/apache/current --enable-module=rewrite
--enable-module=proxy --enable-shared=max --enable-module=backhand
--enable-shared=backhand
...

Does somebody know what I am doing wrong ?

Cheers,
Yves
