Patch for hostnames in serverstats

Hi,
Attached is a patch to Backhand.xs of the Apache::Backhand Perl module add
the hostname of the candidate backhand hosts to the server stats hash so
it's visible in Perl candidacy functions.
Lightly tested only, but it shouldn't cause any issues.
BTW, the mod_backhand page at http://www.backhand.org/mod_backhand/ has a
link to "Writing candidacy functions in Perl" which is dead.
