Currently they are not provided via standard channels (so effectively they are thrown away from your POV). I am discussing with other repo maintainers about a standardized directory structure. I think it may boil down to something like redhat-9-i386/production/atrpms redhat-9-i386/production/atrpms-debug redhat-9-i386/testing/atrpms redhat-9-i386/testing/atrpms-debug redhat-9-i386/experimental/atrpms redhat-9-i386/experimental/atrpms-debug and the same with fedora-1-i386 etc. There will be also something similar for deprecated packages (probably called "graveyard" ;). But until this structure is in place debuginfo packages are not available as such, but I can make them available upon request.
