CentOS 5: Missing deps for perl-DateTime-Format-Builder

Hi all,
I am unable to install perl-DateTime-Format-Builder due to missing deps:
Error: Missing Dependency: perl(DateTime) >= 0.12 is needed by package perl-DateTime-Format-Builder-0.8000-2_1.el5.noarch (atrpms)
Apparently the perl-DateTime package is missing from atpms. There is
perl-TimeDate only, but it is not sufficient.
