Hi Axel,
Thanks for the prompt reply and posting the exim 4.76 rpms so quickly! I downloaded the 4.76 version of exim and exim-mysql from the yum repo at:
http://dl.atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/stable/"]http://dl.atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/stable/
I've already installed it on four servers and everything appears to be running great.
