nvidia-graphics-legacy-173.14.xx install fails

Hi List,
I'm having trouble installing nvidia-graphics-legacy-173.14.xx. I get the following error whether using mirrors or not:

http://dl.atrpms.net/el5-x86_64/atrpms/testing/repodata/ac46d1fc07c943a2cb0b9c7190ef62658f8d5f0a-filelists.sqlite.bz2: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: repodata/ac46d1fc07c943a2cb0b9c7190ef62658f8d5f0a-filelists.sqlite.bz2 from atrpms-testing: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

Here is the complete output:

[root [at] shadowfa yum.repos.d]# yum install nvidia-graphics-legacy-173.14.xx

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

You can try yum clean metadata to have this fixed, although stale caches
usually fix automatically when expired.

If you get this more often check any intermediate proxies/caches.
