Unable to rsync

Hi list

I'm trying to update my local repository from
rsync://rsync.atrpms.net/dl.atrpms.net/f11-x86_64/atrpms/stable/, but
I keep getting error 10:
rsync: failed to connect to rsync.atrpms.net: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(124)
[receiver=3.0.6]

should be fixed, can you test again?
