1.0.7 isn't part of ATrpms, but of the base repo (RHEL or
CentOS). ATrpms' dovecots have always been in the testing repo due to
that (fulfilling the promise that no package in atrpms' stable repo
overlaps with a package in RHEL), so you probably did install with
--enablerepo=atrpms-testing last night and need to do so again.
(IOW there was no change last night wrt to dovecot)
