Standard timeline is "as time permits", since there is no 0.22 release
in sight. When a release is nearby I try to keep weekly schedules.
Current 0.22 is not even two weeks old, I'm not sure whether I'll
manage to build it over the WE, and I'll be on leave the next week. :/
But rebuilding the src.rpm with fresh sources isn't that hard, if you
want to give it a try. First make sure you can rebuild the current
src.rpm then replace the tarballs with your own trunk checkouts.
