This also happened with Java: http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6532373 Installing libxcb 1.1 from Fedora development, and setting: setenv LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK 1 avoids the locking most of the time, but the end of the video is always lost.
