Bam. I've got 0.20 working now, and I just committed the fixes to the
release-0-20-fixes mythtv svn branch.

Axel, a new mythtv build is most definitely in order. I'm working with Janne
G. on sorting through other open 0.20 mythtv trac tickets to see if there's
additional stuff we need to fix, but the changes that are in now should
resolve multiple tickets (in addition to making digital scanning w/one of the
biggest cable companies in the US actually work).

Indeed, there were still a good number of fixes in that build worth getting
out to the people. Janne was planning to test my latest patch to make sure I
didn't break DVB (-T/C/S/etc) scanning (works w/ATSC-DVB and the HDHomeRun
for me), and if that goes well, that patch ought to make it into -fixes
within a day or two.
