New ipw3945 kernel-modules for Fedora7

New ipw3945 kernel-modules for Fedora7

Hi,

Is there a way I can help to get kernel-modules for the updated kernel
in Fedora 7?

The new kernel-version is 2.6.20-1.3038.fc7; and currently
the aptrpms.net modules are at version 2.6.20-1.3017.fc7.

Should I just get the .spec file and built them myselves? Or are there
other instructions on?

There is 3040 and even 3045 support by now in ATrpms, but rawhide is
faster (3056).

Yes, you can do that, too, of course, check out Paulo's docs on that.

Well, for whatever reason, rawhide only has binaries of 3056, the
src.rpm is not rsyncable or was removed, so I can't really build
anything newer.
