audacious 3.2.2 with lirc plugin back

Hi,
I back ported lirc plugin to audacious 3.2.2:

This plugin has been missing in all 3.0 series and should be back in 3.3,
which probably
will not build on rhel any more. Therefore, my patch is the solution for
now (it is tested and working).
