Update libpri + Asterisk 1.6

Hi,

A updatd version of lipri is available at :
http://people.atrpms.net/~tverhoeven/libpri-1.4.10-23.el5.src.rpm

I also have a asterisk 1.6 package that is building, I still need to
test it on my setup here but I'm missing my ISDN card at the moment.
As soon as I get that back I'll test it and if everything is ok we cat
put that into bleeding or testing.

We can build it already and put it in bleeding. That's what bleeding
is for. :)

More seriously, we can place it there and ask for other people to
verify whether it is working in their setup or not.
