Which Nivida version is really beta?

According to the link below,
nvidia 174.14.09 is a beta driver.

The stable version is 174.14.05.

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us

I am using currently 177.13 on my personal desktops and laptop,
with no problem whatsoever.

I do not think this fact makes any difference at all, because all versions
worked well (at least) for me.

Version 09 is the one with the missing cuda libraries.

I think that if there is contradictory information the most
authoritative are the sticky items on

http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=14

There 177.13 is called a beta and 173.14.09 a releases.

And I just saw that there are new legacy drivers :)
