Apache is all about source code. Binaries are provided by third-parties,
not normally by apache.
For windows binaries, www.apachelounge.com is one good option.
If you have the time, any feedback you have on your experience using
a screenreader would be welcome. I often use text-only browsers,
but I'm not really getting the screenreader experience when I know
I have other options when I need them.
