xampp-control suggestion: bring running instance to front

Hi!

(running xampp-1.7.1 on Windows XP Pro SP3)

I just run xampp-control.exe and it shows a dialog:
---------------------------
XAMPP Control
---------------------------
ERROR: XAMPP is already running
---------------------------
OK Cancel
---------------------------

A few items:
- both OK and cancel appear to do the same thing
- it would be helpful if there were an option to bring the running
xampp-control to front

In my case the systray icon is not visible, as the explorer crashed
(doh....) and after restart it does not show
the icon of xampp-control (even if this is one supposed improvement of
XP over win2000 ....).

Regards,
David

That's not developed here at the Apache Software Foundation.
