Hi.
AFAIU the code, force-proxy-request-1.0 implies proxy-sendcl and also that any
of proxy-sendchunks/proxy-sendchunked is ignored.
I think that implication should be documented for easiness.
I'm not sure whether force-proxy-request-1.0 also implies proxy-nokeepalive
(don't think so though)... but if it does... then please document that as well.
