Folks, this looks out of whack.

I'm a big fan of Tim's contributions, but this is not an Apache httpd
module. This information belongs at the httpd project wiki as much
as PHP or mod_cluster do, which is to say, it doesn't seem to.

Perhaps the wiki could/should have a section for third-party
modules? Complete with $big-disclaimer.

The comparison with PHP doesn't really work, because
everyone knows about it, and they don't need our help
to find out about it.

+1

When a 3rd party module doesn't work or behave badly the complaints
and help request tend to have a way to make it over here regardless if
it's our problem or not. So having some info handy seems like a good
idea, even if it's minimal info at best.

I'm not too keen to mix in 3rd party modules with the httpd wiki because
it'll just lead to more confusion.
I think modules.apache.org would be a more suitable place for such info.
