Fixed (by removing) in r778677.

But did this tutorial disappear ?
If so, it's a pity because it was a good start point for contributors,
and there's no replacement for it.

The page specifically states copyright restrictions.

I have emailed Ken and asked that he contribute it to the docs, but
until he does so, we will not add it to the docs.

I spoke too soon - it's copyright Ken Coar, so we should get his
permission before doing that. I've copied him on this in case he's
not following this list anymore.
