[patch] add "DO NOT EDIT" warning to allmodules.xml, typemaps and metafiles

Hello,

HTML files have a warning:
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
This file is generated from xml source: DO NOT EDIT
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

convenience.map has:
# GENERATED FROM XML -- DO NOT EDIT

but allmodules.xml, typemaps and metafiles don't.
Such a warning helps newcomer.
