Bug 44817 - httpd fails to build with libtool-2.2.*

Apache developers,
I would like to politely ask you to fix Bug 44817:
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=44817
The patch had been already attached to this bug.
The following error happens without that patch:
