One problem with server_root, is that not every server works from a
'single directory structure'
In particular, the NCSA server doesn't --- scripts in subdirectories
of a cgi-bin, or a UserDir someplace, won't find DocumentRoot
particularly useful; that's the main reason I suggested something like
SCRIPT_TRANSLATED_NAME as an alternative. But I'm a little reluctant
to discuss the issue intensively on this list, or elsewhere, until we
have an actual release; we don't need more distractions.
