[Bug 47194] RETR fail if client request with relative path name

I can confirm this bug, using httpd 2.2.14 and mod_ftp 0.9.6 on Win2008. Anyone
have suggestions for Win FTP clients that don't send relative paths in RETR?
All the ones I've tried so far do, which makes mod_ftp useless for me with Win
clients. Is there any other workaround (other than rebuild the server to move
all the vhosts using FTP to a volume root folder)?

This is not in fact my problem. The problem is that the jrun-handler and
mod_ftp do not appear to play nicely together. Any types assigned to
jrun-handler with the AddHandler directive cannot be retrieved with mod_ftp.
I've worked around for the moment with SetHandler default-handler inside the
FTP vhosts. Will notify Adobe to see if they have a more concrete resolution.
