Updated patch for Apache 2.2.11 mod_proxy_connect.c to implement CONNECT over
SSL
I found that Kevin Croft's excellent patch for 2.2.9 (2008-07-11) no longer
worked on Apache 2.2.11; this patch addresses minor changes to line numbering
in mod_proxy_connect.c and seems to work fine.
