After competing a fresh install of gentoo 2.6.25 r6 and following the
directions on http://gentoo-wiki.com/Apache2_Install, i seem have a problem
with the http daemon.
Apache starts without error, will not serve web pages and when stopped gives
this error "httpd (no pid file) not running". Firefox gives this error -
"Error Code 10061: Connection refused"
