My datecodes are off

My date codes are a full 2 days off.

If I run the "date" command from console I get the correct date.

"OUTFILE /data/log_analysis/results/mappingavision/wacsi_report_%Y_%m_%d.html"
creates logfiles with names a full 2 days off.

Where does analog get its dates from and how can I set it correctly?

If you have specified a TO date, it uses that date instead of the current time.
