Monitoring so you don’t have to think twice

We monitor all of our websites to ensure they are running and responsive 24x7x365. In doing so, we'll know about problems on site before you do, which is quite different from other companies who often just do simple hardware checks to see if servers are powered on. Our monitoring commitment includes:

• Automated software checks to ensure each piece of software on the server is up and running, and responding properly
• Hardware checks to assure that physical hardware is responsive and running normally
• Network health monitoring, to make sure the site is externally available from different locations around the globe
• Storing and tracking over 30 different metrics on your server, from which we will provide pro-active advice on infrastructure and software recommendations before load becomes an issue
• On-demand access to statistics
• Around the clock support, with instant paging of our engineers to investigate and fix, should anything go wrong

Your offsite web management team

Leverage our experience building and deploying large applications by having us act as your offsite IT department. We can provide custom installs of software at your request, and fine-tune existing software installations. Our management commitment includes:

• Installing custom software, as well as updates to existing software
• Optimizing all software and scripts on our servers for maximum performance
• Regular operating system updates and low-level tools to keep you up to date
• Full backups and mirror of your file system with up to seven days of incremental backups available
• Providing optional offsite backups (on request)

A proactive approach to server security
