Script running on apache/windows

I have a fairly new developmental setup on my personal windows 98 box running apache 1.3.12 and perl 5.00503.

I am getting the same sort of error message as posted in previous "Installation Problem" post...

"Error Message: Error loading required libraries.
Check that they exist, permissions are set correctly and that they compile.
Reason: [Wed May 31 11:29:30 2000] mysql.cgi: Can't locate DBI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: c:/apache/cgi-bin/mysqladmin/ C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .) at c:/apache/cgi-bin/mysqladmin/mysql.cgi line 47."

I have found the DBI.pm in the perl directory. Am wondering about the $db_script_path in the mysql.cfg syntax since this is on windows. I have tried many different things and various paths.

I have everything in the same directory in the cgi-bin. Have also tried running it all from htdocs. Thought I'd better check in before banging my head anymore in the dark.
