how can i solve this error:

As discussed many times in this forum...you need to make sure that all your directories and file permissions are set correctly...refer to the README file or read the FAQ in the Resource Center that outlines the permissions for all files and directories in the Links 2.0 program.

Okay...you need to change the permission of links.db and all db files in the data directory to 666 (rw-rw-rw-).
