The script doesn't write to the directory:

Give it a try:

HELP!!

BTW: Am I Suppose to chmod the .pl files to 755 as the other cgi files??

Looks like you havn't created a /dir/ directory (or whatever you set it as in links.cfg). You need to create this folder, CHMOD it to 777, and then put an index.html file in it (blank if you want) and then CHMOD it to 666. That should work.
