Updated Site - 500 Error

Updated Site - 500 Error
I changed the look and feel of the site. I built the site on a different ip, everything worked great. Copied the files to the old site. I was able to go into the admin page and I tried to build. I got errors. So I checked and saw that my links.cfg still had the test site addresses. Changed that, and tried to build again. It started to build, then errored out. Now I get a 500 error everytime I go to the admin.cgi page???

What could cause this?

Verify permissions, and paths. Delete all files/folders created BY Links, let it build them again on the new server.

You may have CHMODed your /admin folder to 777 (set to 755 and see if it works).

I do that all the time :(

I can't even get to admin.cgi. That give me a 500. I've changed the permission on the admin folder to 777, and I'm still getting the error.

What else can I check?

What could have changed on the server to cause perl not to run?
