I have worked with Links 2 before couple times, installation and modification. Bunt now I'm trying to install and getting this error message when I go to /links/admin/admin.cgi

Error including libraries: Can't locate /links/admin/db.pl in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.005/linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.005 .) at admin.cgi line 28.

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.

I have no clue what it means, And it does not show in a browser but I'm getting as file download.
