Path Error .... please help
REad these first and then answer .
$db_script_path = "/home/mysite/public_html/cgi-bin/links/admin";
$db_dir_url = "http://mysite.com/cgi-bin/links/admin";
$db_cgi_url = "http://mysite.com/cgi-bin/links";

$build_root_path = "/home/mysite/public_html/links/pages";
$build_root_url = "http://mysite/links/pages";

then what would be my
Code:
build_search_url = $db_cgi_url . "/search.cgi"; # URL of search script.
$build_add_url = $db_cgi_url . "/add.cgi"; # URL of add script.
$build_modify_url = $db_cgi_url . "/modify.cgi"; # URL of modify script.

If I keep it like this , then i get error 404 pages.... as it is trying to reach http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/add.cgi and so forth ...!!

Erm..thats not right. You must have made a boo boo in links.cfg with the CGI URL. Could you paste a copy of links.cfg here?
