I've put up all the files, changed permissions and edtited the links.cgi file. When I try and access the admin are I get:

" Error including libraries: (Maybe you didn't strip carriage returns after a network transfer?)

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly. "

Now the Readme.txt says this probably means I upped the files in Binary not ASCII but I defiately upped them in ASCII. Any clues folks?

As discussed quite a few times in this forum...you need to upload all your files in ASCII mode...the error message means that you uploaded one or more of your files in binary mode.
