hi all, me again Unsure

...you see what i pasted here...don't know what to do here. anybody want to help the moroon? Category Database: Error: Unable to Add Category

There were problems with the following fields:

Name (Invalid format)

What category are you trying to add? You can only use 0-9 _ and a-z (upper or lower case).
