Did you not see any build errors? ....if it couldn't make the file it would have shown an error.

Yes by building the pages it gives an error; Couldn't find the index.html or [..]/web/links2/pages map

In that case, are you DEFINATE that the path to your /pages/ folder is correct? TRy logging into SSH, and then typing;

cd [path to pages listed in error message] <return>

See if that is a valid path
