Where do I change the email address when you make a mistake in adding a sight it takes you to a page that says email yourname@youremail.com or something like that. Where do I make the change for this

Can you be more specific as to which email address you are refering to? Are you talking about adding a site to Links or subscribing to the mailing list?

If I submit a link and if it the same an error page comes up and says that the link has already been submitted and it you have any problems contact yourself@yourmail.com. Just need to know were to change that email to reflect my own

If you mean what I think then edit...
$db_admin_email = '';
....in links.cfg
If you are talking about the standard error page that your server displays then you will need to contact your host and get them to change ServerAdmin in httpd.conf
