I give up! Four hours, 3 re-uploads, hours on links.cfg - and I still don't even know where I'm really supposed to install this thing :)

I installed it in /subdirectory/cgi-bin/admin/ & /sd/cgi-bin/pages/, and I installed it in /cgi-bin/links/admin/ and I installed it in /links/cgi-bin/links/ or whatever, but all I get when I try to run admin.cgi is 'file not found', even when I click on the file in cPanel and try it from there.

here`s what I get after 1 of my tries:
lscgid: execve():/home/toboldly/public_html/fanfic/cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi: No such file or directory

or here`s another one:
