sub category says 0 links?

sub category says 0 links?
Apologies for the subject matter but it helps me explain!

I have a category with 2 levels of sub category. The categories appear as follows:

Category TOPICS(8)
Sub Cat. (of TOPICS) ASTROPHYSICS(0)
Sub Cat. (of ASTROPHYSICS) OBSERVING STARS(3)

Why does ASTROPHYSICS say 0 links, when there are 3 links in OBSERVING STARS?

The site is working fine in all other respects.

Sorry Im not sure what you mean. Why should ASTROPHYSICS have links in just because the other category does?

Shouldn't the number of links in ASTROPHYSICS reflect all the links in all sub categories beneath it?

Oh right, sorry I thought they were both subcats of TOPICS

Hmm....Have you done a "build all"? ....Im guessing you probably have?

Thanks for your help

You may have been viewing a cached page. Ah well glad it worked.

I wish there was a way to turn of cached pages. It gets really annoying when doing programming on a remote server, refreshing it to see if it has been fixed, and getting a cached page Frown

Basic html allows you to do it. no-cache.

Or you can edit your internet settings.

You can edit your internet settings which will work.

Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings > Every visit to the page

For developers that is fine, Paul (which I already know how to do)...which addresses Andy's concern, but not the most effective method for novice computer users...Wink.
