add.cgi error

Hello everyone, i am trying to add a resource

the Title field is ok, the URL field is ok, BUT!!! the Category

is displaying.... error building select field: no select fields specified in config for field 'Category'!

What file am i suppose to open & what am i suppose to look for

& What am i suppose to type in... an Example would be good..

Before you can add links, you must set up at least one category. Read the FAQ included with the download to find out how to add subcats.
