Restoring from backup?

Restoring from backup?
My server was recently hacked and I lost over 800 links, however it appears that my backup files (in the admin backup directory) are intact from a previous date.

How do I go about restoring old information?

Simply copy them to your /admin/data/ folder, and rename it to links.db/category.db etc. ONLY copy the latest versions of these over though, as these will have your most recent backups.
