just wondering if anyone can recommend a perl captcha that doesn't have any dependencies, I want to implement it for add.cgi, the only captcha I've used before is Secureimage which uses PHP, thanks in advance

You could try this, which is remote:

Not sure how easy it is to setup with Links2 though (I've got a plugin for GLinks, but that won't work on the flatfile version)
