Rate It leads to Top Rated

When i click Rate It beside a link to a site, it leads to the Top Rated page. Any solution to that? thanks. I did change all rate files to Title.

Double check your link.html file to make sure that you have links going to rate.cgi or

<%db_cgi_url%>/rate.cgi?ID=<%ID%>

Then re-build your directory after you've edited the link.html template.
