I am having a permission problems. Whenever I run any of the functions to "build the pages" in the pages directory it changes all the permissions of the files and folders contained in the "Pages" directory and I get the message "Unable to write". When I check the permission on the files and folder it has changed to 644. I have checked with my host provider and they cannot see a problem on the server. Please advise.

Are you running via Telnet or browser?
