I'm a liitle confused
Since I am totally new to website design,cgi,ect this program seems a little confusing.I have a few question I hope someone can answer.Does links 2.0 create its own pages to display links or does it display them on pages I have already created?

Yes, Links 2.0 builds static web pages out of links and categories that you add to the flat database files (links.db and categories.db).

You would have to modify the TEMPLATE files to have your own look and feel.
