How would I go about adding multiple links?
How would I add about 500 links to my linklist without doing it one by one from the admin panel, is there a script that would do that? If so, what is it and how can I get my hands on it :D

You would need to either write a custom application, or get someone to write it for you.

Instead of using the admin, you could write the info directly into the database. Remember though, there are several of them, including count... There is a DMOZ dump mod here, might work for ya...
